Flashmobs and Fun: How Absolutely Talented is Revolutionising Recruitment!
At Absolutely Talented, we’re dedicated to bridging the employment gap for expat partners, and we’re always looking for innovative ways to spread the word about our mission. This summer, we took a unique approach to recruitment with spectacular flashmob events in July and September, right in the heart of French commerce—La Défense.
Our enthusiastic volunteers donned zebra costumes, embodying our Absolutely Talented mascot. Why zebras? They symbolize our commitment to celebrating diversity and unity. Each zebra has unique stripes, just as every expat partner brings distinct talents to the table. Together, these stripes represent the strength and diversity of our community. The flashmob wasn’t just a visually striking spectacle; it was a strategic and fun way to engage with the community and draw attention to our career fair. By transforming a bustling business district into a lively dance floor, we captured the interest of passersby and sparked conversations about career opportunities for expat partners. The events were a resounding success, creating a buzz that resonated far beyond the days themselves.
